Buying a plan and having a panel account are two separate things, and one of them does not find the other on its own. Before a subscription can do anything for you, the two have to be joined.

You do this once. It takes about thirty seconds.

Why there are two accounts

The store account is the one you buy with: an email, a password, a card on file. The panel account is the one you run servers with, at panel.dylaris.com.

They are deliberately not the same record. The panel is also self-hostable and has no idea a store exists, and the store never holds a password that opens a server. Joining them is an explicit act, and it is reversible.

Until you join them, a paid subscription raises no limits: the panel has nothing telling it which account the purchase was for.

How to connect

Create your panel account at panel.dylaris.com if you have not already.
In the panel, open Account and click Connect Store.
You land on this site. Sign in to your store account if you are not already.
The screen names both accounts about to be joined. Check them, and confirm.

That is it. The panel now knows about your subscription, and your node allowance, protected addresses and traffic allowance apply straight away.

The connect link is single-use and expires after ten minutes. Starting the flow again mints a fresh one.

Buy first or connect first?

Connect first. Checkout will not run without a linked panel account, because a purchase with nowhere to land is a payment we would have to refund by hand.

If you have already paid on an account that is not linked yet, nothing is lost. Connect it and the subscription follows.

One store account, one panel account

The join is one-to-one in both directions. A store account holds exactly one panel account, and a panel account belongs to exactly one store account. Trying to connect a panel account that is already spoken for is refused rather than silently taking it over.

Moving your subscription to a different panel account

On your Account page, click Unlink.
Connect the panel account you want instead.

Unlinking releases the old panel account. The node allowance, the protected addresses and the traffic allowance go back with the link, and servers running on it stop. That is the point of it: what you paid for follows the link rather than staying where it first landed.

Your subscription is not cancelled by unlinking, and you are not charged again. Connecting the next panel account moves the same subscription there.

If something goes wrong

"This panel account is already linked to another store account" - the panel account you are connecting belongs to a different store login. Sign in to that one, or use a different panel account.

"Your store account is already linked to a different panel account" - unlink first, then connect.

"Link token invalid or expired" - the link lasts ten minutes and works once. Go back to the panel and click Connect Store again.

Paid, connected, and the limits have not moved - reload the panel. If it is still wrong after a minute, open a ticket with your store email; do not buy a second subscription, it will be refused anyway.

Self-hosted panels

This connects the hosted panel at panel.dylaris.com only. A panel you run yourself has no subscription, no limits and nothing to connect - which is the whole idea of it.
